Terms and Conditions
(Last Updated: 1/1/2025)
Welcome, and thank you for visiting Scandina Interiors. These Terms and Conditions set out how I work and what you can expect when hire me for 3D design services. If you have any questions about anything here, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to clarify.
By using this website or my services, you agree to the following terms
1.Who I Am
Scandina Interiors is the creative name using for my freelance work in Architectural 3D Visualization. I’m an independent professional offering services to companies and professionals. All work is carried out by me personally — you’ll always know who you’re working with.
2. Services I Provide
I offer high quality 3D rendering services, including:
- Interior and exterior photorealistic 3D renders
- Interior and exterior 3D walkthrough video
These services are designed primarily for professional clients, such as architects, designers, real estate developers and etc.
3. Working Together
Before starting a project, I’ll send you a clear proposal via email outlining:
- The scope of work
- Timeline
- Pricing
- What’s included (and what’s not)
Once agreed, work will begin based on the schedule we set. If you request changes that go beyond the original scope, I’ll let you know any extra costs before moving forward.
4. Payment Terms
To confirm your order, a deposit (typically 50% of the total) is usually required. The remaining amount is due once the work is completed and before the final high-resolution files and other final documentations are delivered.Payments can be made by bank transfer, Paypal or other methods we agree on and a clear invoice will be always provided. Please note: Since I operate as an individual and not a registered company, I do not charge VAT.
5. Revisions
Each project includes up to two rounds of minor revisions. If you’d like additional changes or major adjustments, we’ll agree on a fair price for the extra work. My goal is to get things right for you — efficiently and clearly.
6. Refund Policy
As each project is custom and time-intensive, I cannot offer refunds once work has begun.
However, here’s how I approach cancellations:
- Before Work Starts: A design consultation is held before the project begins. This service is 100% prepaid and non-refundable. However, if you confirm a project order after the consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from the final payment.
- In the Process: If a project is cancelled after it has started, I offer a partial refund based on the project phase at the time of cancellation. The workload percentage assigned to each phase will be outlined in the work agreement, and this will be used to calculate the applicable refund:
- Onboarding phase: 80% refund of the total invoiced amount
- Conceptual design phase: 50% refund
- Detailed design/documentation phase: 10% refund
- Final delivery phase: Refunds are not available
Please note: the final refund amount will be reduced by any applicable payment processing fees and minor administrative costs.
If you’re unhappy for any reason, I genuinely want to make it right — please get in touch and we’ll work it out together.
7. Ownership and Usage
Once full payment has been received, you’ll have the right to use the final images for the purposes we’ve discussed — marketing, presentations, planning documents, etc.
Please don’t resell or redistribute the images without checking with me first. I retain the copyright to the work and may feature it in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Your Role
To keep everything on track, I ask that you:
- Provide clear project details and feedback
- Respond to communication in a timely way
- Respect agreed deadlines and payment terms
This helps me deliver the best work for you, on time.
9. Limits of Responsibility
I aim to deliver high-quality work that matches your brief. However, I can’t be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by missing information or approvals
- Outcomes based on unclear or changing instructions
- How you or others use the visuals after delivery
If any issues come up, please reach out — I’m always happy to discuss solutions.
10. Ending the Project
In rare cases, I may pause or cancel a project if:
- Payments are not made
- Communication stops
- The scope or relationship becomes unmanageable
If that happens, I’ll invoice fairly for the work completed up to that point.

I may update these Terms occasionally. Any updates will be posted on this website. Continued use of my services means you agree to the most current version.
